GeneralBy placing an order with me, you certify that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions below.Commission Openings : My commissions open through a form available on my social media (Twitter/X, Discord, Bluesky, Telegram).Order Request : You must fully complete the form, providing all necessary references (visual and descriptive) for your character(s) and a detailed description of your request.Necessary Authorizations : The client certifies that they have the necessary authorizations to commission my services. If the final artwork is intended as a gift, it must not be used in any way that could harm the honor, dignity, or reputation of others.Order Selection : Filling out the form does not guarantee that your request will be accepted. I select the projects that interest me.Payment & Invoicing :
- All payments must be made via PayPal.- You do not need to send me your PayPal.me link; I will send you an invoice directly.- Payment in four installments is available through PayPal, subject to PayPal's eligibility requirements. Additional fees may apply and are determined solely by PayPal. The Buyer is solely responsible for any such fees.- Payment must be made in full. Once received, your order will be added to my Trello list, where you can track the project’s progress.- Your full name, billing address, email address, and telephone number will be required to complete and issue your invoice.Progress & Revisions :
- During the process, I will first provide a rough sketch showing the character(s), composition, pose, and background in a simplified form. At this stage, you may request changes before the sketch is approved.
Once the sketch has been approved, I will proceed with the final artwork. Any request to modify elements of the approved artwork after completion will incur additional charges.
Any mistakes made on my part will, however, be corrected at no additional cost to the buyer.- Corrections and adjustments are free during the creation process. However, once the final artwork is delivered, any additional modifications will be charged based on the required work.Turnaround Time : The average completion time is around one month to two months. This timeframe may vary depending on the size of the project, unexpected events, or personal circumstances.What I Can & Cannot Do❌ I Do NOT Draw :

- Characters in dynamic perspectives (high-angle, low-angle, fish-eye, etc.).- My own OCs (Liz, Maëlle, Amélia, and Camille), as well as the Fluffshies, a species I created. (Exception: I do not accept NSFW commissions sexualising my fursona Socko.)- When given creative freedom, I appreciate having details about the character (their personality, likes, and background) to enhance the illustration.Refund Policy- Before the commission begins, it is possible to cancel. Once the commission has begun, I no longer accept refunds in case of cancellation.- Any refund will be limited to the net amount I actually received. Any fees charged by PayPal or other payment processors, including transaction and processing fees, are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.- Refunds will be processed within one month.- If the client disrespects, behaves inappropriately, or threatens me, I reserve the right to cancel the commission without issuing a refund.Additional InformationForm Clarity : Please write in simple sentences when filling out the form. - The final artwork remains my intellectual property.- The final artwork is strictly for personal use only.- The client must credit me when sharing the artwork on social media (in the title or description).- The final artwork may be printed on physical items (clothing, paper, CDs, mugs, etc.).- The client cannot claim authorship of the final artwork.- The client is not allowed to copy or trace the artwork.- I reserve the right to use the final artwork for commercial purposes, such as showcasing it as an example of my services or using it for promotional materials (e.g., posters, advertisements).- If the final artwork is intended for commercial use (advertisements, merchandise sales, product/service promotion, etc.), a copyright transfer contract can be arranged for an additional fee.In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning “the mediation process for consumer disputes,” after contacting us and failing to receive a satisfactory response, you have the option of resorting to a free consumer mediation procedure at:
